Non-Metal 3D Printing
Polymer-based additive manufacturing for prototyping, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and end-use functional parts. CipherFAB's non-metal AM capability spans four core technologies, each suited to a different combination of material behaviour, surface finish, and production volume.

FFF / FDM (Fused Filament Fabrication)
Thermoplastic filament extrusion for functional prototypes and end-use parts in ABS, ASA, PETG, Nylon, and fibre-reinforced composites (carbon fibre / fibreglass).
SLA (Stereolithography)
UV laser-cured liquid photopolymer resin for high surface finish and dimensional accuracy — ideal for visual prototypes, master patterns, and fine-feature models.
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)
Laser-fused nylon powder (PA12 / PA11) with no support structures. Produces isotropic parts suited to complex interlocking geometries and functional assemblies.
Metal 3D Printing
Metal additive manufacturing for complex geometries, lightweight structures, and production-intent metal parts. CipherFAB's metal AM network covers bound-metal, powder-bed fusion, binder jetting, and directed-energy deposition process families.

ADAM (Atomic Diffusion Additive Manufacturing)
Bound-metal extrusion printing followed by sintering — a cost-effective route to stainless and other alloy parts without a full powder-bed system.
SLS — Metal Variant / Powder Sintering
Powder sintering routes for metal components where geometry complexity and material utilisation favour additive over machining from billet.
DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering)
Laser powder-bed fusion for dense, high-strength parts in aluminium, stainless, titanium, and nickel alloys with production-representative properties.
