Manufacturing Capabilities
- CNC Machining — 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling and turning in aluminium, stainless, steel, and cast iron; tolerances to ±0.005″ standard on structural and drivetrain components; APQP planning, control plans, and PPAP Level 3 documentation available
- Injection Moulding — IATF 16949-certified tooling design and moulding in PA-GF, ABS/PC, PP, TPE, PEEK, and PPS; overmoulding and insert moulding available; full PPAP documentation, DFM review, and tool design review on every programme
- Sheet Metal Fabrication — Laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake bending, and welding in aluminium, mild steel, and stainless for body panels, brackets, enclosures, and structural assemblies; flat tolerances to ±0.005″, bend angles to ±1°
- Tube Fabrication — Laser tube cutting and rotary draw bending in round, square, and rectangular profiles in aluminium and 4130 chromoly for structural frames, chassis components, and fluid system assemblies
- Metal Stamping — Progressive and transfer stamping for high-volume body panels, brackets, and structural stampings; hardened steel tooling with angular tolerances to ±1°
- Die Casting — High-pressure die casting (HPDC) in aluminium, zinc, and magnesium alloys for powertrain housings, transmission components, and structural castings; post-cast CNC machining to critical dimensional requirements
- 3D Printing — FDM, SLS, and MJF for rapid prototype validation and functional jig production; DMLS for metal prototypes in aluminium and stainless requiring production-representative material properties
