Manufacturing Capabilities
- CNC Machining — 3-axis and 4-axis milling and turning in mild steel, high-strength steel, cast iron, ductile iron, and aluminium; ±0.005″ standard on structural components, ±0.001″ on hydraulic cylinder bores, bearing housings, and sealing surfaces
- Sheet Metal Fabrication — Laser/plasma/waterjet cutting, press brake bending, and structural welding in mild steel, Hardox 400/450, and AR500; heavy-section plate fabrication up to 50 mm thickness
- Tube Fabrication — Laser tube cutting and rotary draw bending for hydraulic routing, structural frames, and cab assemblies; seamless honed tube supply for hydraulic cylinder barrels
- High-Volume Metal Production — Progressive metal stamping and die casting for high-volume brackets, covers, and housings with post-cast CNC to critical dimensions
